Glendon Palmer
Glendon Palmer has over 12 years of experience working with individuals and groups to achieve a variety of fitness goals. These include increasing physical endurance, increasing strength, weight loss, physical rehabilitation after injury, and becoming better fit and feeling better. Specialties include interval training and group sessions. In each of his sessions, he seeks an efficient workout to provide the most immediate results. He understands that one of the consistent rules of training or effective exercise is proper form and works closely with his clients to achieve that during their training. Glendon is certified as a trainer by the International Fitness Professionals Association.
