“I first started training with Dan in April of 2004. I was feeling old, and low on energy. My fitness goals were really simple – I just wanted to be able to walk without pain in my knees. Now, two and a half years later, I'm planning a ski trip! I can climb stairs without any pain. But it's not just my knees that have benefited. My body shape has changed drastically for the better, I'm much stronger, and have a lot more energy. Dan and I have worked together to create a training regimen that works for me, and accomplishes the goals I want to accomplish.
